Yay, another book is done! My eighth book is out, Camping with His New Girlfriend: Feminization. It’s 12,000 words or so, which means it should take about 45 minutes to read.
Not too many snags with this book. Did have to overthink the plot a few times until I realized that my creative, writing brain had already worked out what was going to happen. What’s life without overthinking stuff that shouldn’t be overthought? I can’t believe how much I love overthinking stuff even though it always turns out to be totally useless. I could be so much more productive if I didn’t overthink so much. What would I do then? Oh, yeah, be less anxious and more productive. Why would I want that?
Anyway, here’s the blurb:
Jacob really, really wants Madison to be his girlfriend. The only problem is that Madison is a guy.
Fortunately, every problem has a solution, and Jacob will reveal the solution during a camping trip with Madison.
I’ve already set up the file in Scrivener for the next book, and I will start working on the next book tomorrow (Sunday, July 21). If I don’t start work right away, I get restless and anxious.
I still can’t believe I’ve written eight books and how much fun I’ve had writing them. I wish I’d gotten over my fears and done this years ago.
